JoAnne Mary Loftus Young, 91, of Holly Springs, died January 25, 2026. She worked at The Pentagon and the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France.
A memorial services will be held at Calvary Baptist Church on Feb. 16 at 12 noon. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She leaves her husband, Thomas Owen Young; daughters, Theresa Karn (Dennis), Jeanne Shackelford (Cammie); three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Marianne Loftus Whitlock.
