Jimmie Dale Holt

Jimmie Dale Holt, 64, of New Albany, formerly of Potts Camp, died Nov. 25, 2022. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Visitation will be held at 9 a.m. on Dec. 4 at Royston Chapel CME Church in Potts Camp with services at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Serenity Simmons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves one daughter; five brothers, John M. Holt (Clara), David Holt (Causby), James Holt, all of Holly Springs, Jessie Holt of Memphis, Tenn., Dorain Holt of Potts Camp; five sisters, Betty Porter (William) of Memphis, Laura Judge (Charles), Shirley Holt, both of Potts Camp, Rennie Rayford (Courtney) of New Albany, and Inez Taylor (Levi) of Ashland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James M. Holt and Laurel B. Clayton Holt.
