Jim Crockett, 91, of Chicago, Ill., formerly of Hudsonville, died April 14, 2025. He was retired from the steel industry.
Services were held at 12 noon on April 23 at AA Rayner and Sons Funeral Home in Chicago. Pastor Michael Neal officiated.
He leaves his daughters, Diane Crockett, Deborah Crockett, Sandra Robinson (Mark), Cheryl Crockett; sisters, Lola Gowder (Harold), Louvenia Warr (Thurman); son, Reginald Crockett; brothers, Jasper Beard, Freddie Beard, Lonnie Beard (Lolar), Kent Beard; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Crockett; children, Horace Crockett and Michelle Crockett.
