Janet Weathers King

Janet Weathers King, 68, of Coldwater, died April 28, 2019, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. She was the widow of Dallas King.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on April 30 at Thyatira Cemetery. Pate-Jones Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her daughters, Kathy Jones of Coldwater, Donna Franklin of Senatobia, and Bridget Smith of Cascilla; sons, Michael King of New Albany and Thomas Jones of Coldwater; sisters, Shirley Crockett of Looxahoma and Katie Powers of Independence; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Farrow and a borther, Robert Weathers.

Memorials may be sent to Arkabutla Rescue Rehabilitation and Foster (AARF) or Senatobia-Tate County Animal Shelter.
