James Roger Grier

James Roger Grier, 72, of Holly Springs, died May 12, 2017, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis, Tenn. A member of Red Banks Baptist Church, he was retired from the maintenance department at Thomas & Betts and managed Holly Springs Brick and Tile and Byhalia Brick and Tile. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Services will be held at 9 a.m. on Friday, June 9, at Red Banks Baptist Church and graveside services at 10 a.m. in the church cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Marty Ann Grier; three daughters, Angel Lynn Grier, Tracy Louise Grier, both of Burleson, Texas, Melissa Ann Smith of Minnesota; a sister, Shirley Bolden of Red Banks; a brother, Chris Grier of New Port Richey, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
