James Madison Davis

James Madison Davis, 74, of Red Banks, formerly of Springfield, Ohio, died November 23, 2023 at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. He was a member of Newell Chapel MB Church and retired from Thomas and Betts Corporation.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 1 from 2-5:30 p.m. and on Dec. 2 at Mt. Newell MB Church from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Pastor Michael Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden.
He leaves a sister, Parthenia “Polly” Davis-Woodard of Red Banks; brothers, George Anthony Davis of Friendswood, Texas, and Efrem Maurice Davis of Texas City, Texas.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Michael Ellis Davis and Linda Mariah Davis.
