James Edward Cox, 68, of Holly Springs, died May 7, 2020, at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch. He was a disabled mechanic.
No service is planned at this time. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Debra Tabor Cox; two daughters, Crystal Cox Langston of Olive Branch, Michelle Cox of Covington, Tenn.; four sons, Jamie Cox of Olive Branch, Jamie Novarese of Holly Springs, Bo Davenport of Texas, Bubba of Southaven; three sisters, Mary Tolcher and Mary Greer, both of Memphis, Tenn., Vickie Smith of Red Banks; one brother, Joe Cox of Memphis.
He was preceded in death by four children, Gary Cox, Kayla Cox, Shane Cox and James Robert Cox.
