James Earl McCary, 60, of Byhalia,, died Oct. 7, 2018, at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a stocker/cashier at Carquest Advance Auto Parts in Holly Springs. He attended Berachah Ministries in Mt. Pleasant.
Services were held at 3 p.m. on Oct. 13 at Greenwood MB Church in Lamar, where he was a member. Burial was in the church cemetery. Rev. Joseph Lesure officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves a son, Rontoris Williams of Olive Branch; a sister, Earnestine McCary of Holly Springs; three brothers, Floyd McCary Jr., Cornell McCary, Terry McCary, all of Holly Springs; and two grandchildren.
