James Earl Coleman

James Earl “Tug” Coleman, 55, of Holly Springs, died Sept. 8, 2017. He attended West Aurora High School and New Community Church in Aurora, Ill., before relocating back to Holly Springs.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 15 at Mt. Moriah MB Church with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. Dr. R.J. Wilson and Rev. Dr. Thomas Lester officiated. Serenity-Autry Funeral  Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves four brothers, Robert Holpe of Chicago, Ill., Willie Coleman (Juanita) of Milwaukee, Wisc., William Coleman (Patricia), Robert Coleman (Jeanette), both of Aurora; six sisters, Annie Ruth of Milwaukee, Darline Coleman, Arline, Violet Coleman, all of Aurorar, Malvina James (Roger) of Holly Springs, Farry Coleman of Naperville, Ill.; and a special friend, Ruby Blackmon.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Rosie Coleman, brothers, Travis Holpe Sr., Larry Coleman and a sister, Cherrie Coleman.
