Jade Cherrell Perkins, 32, of Memphis, Tenn., died June 13, 2021, at her home. She was a CNA at Regional 1 Health Care in Memphis.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on June 23 from 36:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on June 24 at Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs. Elder Craig Williamson will officiate.
She leaves two sisters, Jennifer Perkins, Cykeithia Perkins, both of Memphis; one brother, Jamie Perkins of Southaven; and her grandmother, Deloise Perkins of Holly Springs.
