Issac "Mickey""Big Foot" Bowens

Issac "Mickey" "Big Foot" Bowens, 75, of Byhalia, died August 30, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a member of Union Valley MB Church, member of Men in Black Social Club, and a longtime baseball player with Dodge City Baseball Club. He was employed at A-Framing in Byhalia.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Sept. 9 from 3-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 10 at Street Hill Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Holly Springs. Rev. Joe Richmond will officiate.

He leaves three daughters, Tracy Bowens of Olive Branch, Yolanda Bowens of Holly Springs, Cassandra Davis of Memphis, Tenn.; two sons, Steven Bowens of Holly Springs, Issac A. "BoBo" Bowens of Holly Springs; two brothers, Willie Hayes Bowens of West Memphis, Ark., T.S. Bowens of Calif.; one sister, Willie Mae Faulkner of Byhalia; 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
