Irish Shuntell Jones

Irish Shuntell Jones, 50, died July 25, 2020, at Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church and worked at Methodist Central Hospital.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on August 1 at McCraven Cemetery in Victoria. Rev. Jimmy Tyson officiated. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two daughters, Brittany Hill of Memphis, Porsha Jones of Byhalia; five sons, Terron Jones of Byhalia, Alvin Jones of Memphis, Jermal Jones of Byhalia, Terrell Jones, Jeremiah Jones, both of Memphis; her mother, Gwendolyn Jones of Victoria; one sister, Trangula Jones-Glover (Marcus) of Cordova, Tenn.; two half-sisters, Terrina Campbell (Georgia), Katrina Crutcher, both of Memphis; one half-brother, Lawrence Payne Jr. of Memphis; and 12 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence Payne; and her grandparents, Mac and Mattie Lou Jones.
