Herman Hunter

Herman Hunter, 87, of Hickory Flat, died Nov. 29, 2019, at Oxford Veterans Home. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Hickory Flat, worked at Sunbeam, and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 1 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in McKay Cemetery in Hickory Flat.
He leaves his wife, Dale Hunter; a son, Butch Hunter of Hickory Flat; a daughter, Lynn Lunsford of Hickory Flat; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a son, Chuck Hunter.
