Herbert “Bud” Walls, 56, of Memphis, Tenn., died Nov. 10, 2020, at his home. He was a member of Mt. Zion Taska MB Church in Byhalia, member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. and a news director for WREG News Channel 3 in Memphis.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Nov. 19, from 3-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. On Nov. 20 at Mt. Zion Taska MB Church Cemetery.
He leaves his wife, Cassandra “Bay-Bay” Smith-Walls of Byhalia; two children, Kevin LeAndra Smith of Tulsa, Okla, KaShaundra Andrea Walls of Memphis, Tenn.; sister, Edna Walls of Byhalia; two brothers, Larry Walls, Robert Walls, both of Byhalia; and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James Walls.
