Henry Willie "Rook"Naylor

Henry Willie "Rook" Naylor, 91, of Indianapolis, Ind., formerly of Holly Springs, died Dec. 30, 2019, at Creekside Health and Rehabilitation Center. The widower of Earlene Matthews Naylor, he was a member of Walton Chapel CME Church. He retired in 1994 as a small machine operator for Burlington Northern Sante' Fe Railway Systems, Rail Gang #1 and #2.

Visitation will be held on January 10 at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home from 2-7 p.m.; and with the family from 6-7 p.m.; and on January 11, from 9-9:55 a.m. at Anderson Chapel CME Church in Holly Springs. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Rev. Eric Shields will officiate. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden.

He leaves two daughters, Phyllis Naylor Mason of Lamar, Keila Johnson of Indianapolis, Ind.; one son, Michael J. Naylor of Olive Branch; two sisters, Christine Stevens of Jackson, Cheryl Jeffries of Holly Springs; 20 grandchildren, 27 greatgrandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
