Henry "Red" Luster

Henry "Red" Luster, 78, of Chicago, Ill., died June 17, 2020. He was a member of All Nation United MB Church where he served as a deacon. He worked at Bell & Gosset for 38 years as a welder.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on June 27 at 1st Corinthians Baptist Church in Chicago. Pastor James H. Thomas officiated. BurtonE.W. Calahan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Jannie Luster; a son, Kent Lester (Latonya) of Chicago; daughters, Brenda Lester, Tanisha Luster, both of Chicago, Jeanette Hunt of Holly Springs; sister, Catherleen Stiff (Mccaster) of Chicago; brothers, Joe Willie Martin of Holly Springs, Hurtis Lester of Chicago, Curtis Lester (Frances) of Holly Springs, Van Lester of Chicago, Dr. Thomas Lester (Rhoda) of South Holland, Ill.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
