Helen Marie Hurdle Mason

Helen Marie Hurdle Mason, 80, of Hickory Flat, formerly of Holly Springs, died June 24, 2026, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Holly Springsand retired from the Marshall County School System. She was a member of Wings Sunday School Class of FBC, and Holly Springs Pilot Club.
Services were held at Holly Springs Funeral Home on June 27 at 11 a.m. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery. Bro. Joe Lusby officiated.
She leaves her daughter, Cammie Mason Buntyn (Justin) of Hickory Flat; a grandson, two step-grandsons and on step-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Samuel Mason; brothers, James Edwin Hurdle, Robert Harold Hurdle; and sister, Bonnie Hurdle Bynum.
