Hazel Mae Skelton

Hazel Mae Skelton, 75, of Lamar, died July 21, 2026, at Oxford Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Chewalla Baptist Church and was a homemaker.
Services were held at Chewalla Baptist Church on July 26 at 3 p.m. Burial was in the Skelton Hill Family Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves her husband, Stoney Edward Skelton; sons, Terry Skelton (Shirley) of Lamar, Greg Skelton (Emily) of Waterford; brother, Lewis Skelton of Lamar; sisters, Faye Culver of Waterford, Brenda Hampton of Jackson, Tenn.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Ruby Skelton, Linda Skelton; brother, Jimmy Roger Skelton; and great-grandchild, Sadie Tatum.
