Hazel Lorine Cook, 83, of Ashland, died October 13, 2022. She was a former employee of Wurlitzer.
Graveside services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 at Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves two brothers, Fort Knighton (Barbara) of Ashland, Marshall Knighton (Sheila) of Ill.; a sister, Carol Ryan (Don) of Oregon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Donald Cook.
