Hattie Mae Smith

Hattie Mae Smith, 69, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 4, 2020, at Methodist Healthcare in Olive Branch. She was a member of Mt. Newell MB Church.

Graveside services were held on Dec. 10 at Mt. Newell Memorial Gardens in Red Banks. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves five sons, David Smith, Terry Smith, Chad Smith, Ananias Smith, Jose Smith (Saucery); four sisters, Mary Martin (George), Maudie Riley, Dorothy Smith, Pinkie Bennem; two brothers, Albert Smith, Lee Russel Smith (Susie); 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, JD Smith, Frank Smith Jr.; two sisters, Beverly Bennem, Jessie Bennem; and a life partner, Ananias Garmon.
