Harry Leon Sowell, 86, of Pontotoc, died Jan. 6, 2019, at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. He was a farmer.
Services were held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 9 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Ashland.
He leaves two daughters, Martha Taylor of Laurel, Betty Grubbs (Arnold Jr.) of Blue Springs; two brothers, Gene Clayton, Eula Ray Clayton, both of Hernando; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, H.A. "Sonny" Sowell and Howard Sowell.
