Gladys Marie Jeffries, 72, of Holly Springs, died Oct. 3, 2021, at her home. She was first lady and member of Thus Saith the Lord Baptist Church in Holly Springs and a retired administrative assistant for Chevron Oil Company.
Services were held at 10 a.m. on Oct. 8 at Eddie L. Smith Multi-Purpose Building in Holly Springs. Rev. Dewitt Glover officiated. Burial was in Pack Family Cemetery in Lauderdale. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves her husband, Rev. Willie F. Jeffries Jr.; and brother, Parris Slaughter of Jackson.
