George Albert Walton

George Albert Walton, 65, of Holly Springs, died Jan. 29, 2021, at Alliance Healthcare System in Holly Springs. He was a retired roofer.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Feb. 4 from 3-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Feb. 5 at Cottrell Memorial Garden in Holly Springs.

He leaves a son, Brandon Crittle of Myrtle; three sisters, Irene Walton of Holly Springs, Alice Burton of Flint, Mich., Joann White of Holly Springs; five brothers, Kenneth Walton, Joseph Walton, both of Holly Springs, Jackie Ray Walton of Flint, Oliver Steam of East St. Louis, Ill., and L.C. Walton of Chicago, Ill.

He was preceeded in death by three brothers, Lewis Walton, Louis Charles Walton, Joe Walton Jr.; and a sister, Genora Walton Martin.
