Gary "Greg" Patterson

Gary Lee "Greg" Patterson, 46, of Ashland, died April 20, 2019.

Services were held at 2 p.m. on April 29 at Miracle Temple Salt & Light Ministires. Bishop Jeffie Smith officiated. Burial was in Samuel Chapel Church Cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves two children, Charmaine Sails and Gregory Sails, both of Jackson, Tenn.; his father, Willie Patterson II of Ashland; two sisters, Christine Briggs and Sharon Hoyle, both of Ashland; five brothers, Robert Earl Briggs (Felicia), Reggie Lee Patterson (Tammie), Jerry Lee Turner, all of Memphis, Tenn., Willie Patterson III (Yvone) of Tupelo, Melvin Briggs (Rhonda) of Ashland; a very special friend, Jennifer Smith of New Albany; a goddaughter, Terrica (Dasha) Smith of New Albany; and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ida Margaret Briggs Patterson.
