Fred Ivy Crumb Jr.

Fred Ivy Crumb Jr., 72, of Holly Springs, died July 9, 2020, at his home in the Hudsonville Community. He was a member of Hopewell No. 2 MB Church where he served as Sunday school superintendent and on the deacon board, and was a member of the male chorus. He was a retired truck driver for MS Carriers and Wurlitzer and was a U.S. Army veteran.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on July 12 at Hopewell No. 2 MB Church Cemetery. Pastor Danny Kimbrough officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Bernice Riddle Crumb; son, Brian "Bo Dilly" Riddle of Holly Springs; daughter, Kersha Crumb of Pearl; four brothers, Sam Jones, Henry Jones, both of Holly Springs, Kenneth Crumb, Derrick Crumb, both of Chicago, Ill.; 11 sisters, Nina Brice, Josephine Stinson, Cynthia Jeffries, Helen L. Jones, all of Holly Springs, Estella Carter, San Diego, Calif., Doris Boyd, Anniston, Ala., Darlene Williams, Pamela Smith, Sandra Austin, Brenda Austin, all of Chicago; 13 grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren.
