Fenolia "Phenora" Campbell Laney
Fenolia "Phenora" Campbell Laney, 74, of Lamar, died Mar. 8, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville, Collierville, Tenn. She was a member of Kimbrough Chapel MB Church where she served as a church usher. She was a caregiver in private homes.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Mar. 15 at Kimbrough Chapel MB Church Cemetery in the Hudsonville community. Rev. John Lee Isom officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a daughter, LaTashia Laney of Hudsonville; three sons, Charles Campbell of Holly Springs, Roosevelt Laney Jr. of Red Banks, Clyde Laney of Hudsonville; father, Claude L. Campbell of Hudsonville; eight sisters, Annie Turnage, Jannie Campbell, Katie Campbell, all of Holly Springs, Hattie Watson of Red Banks, Alice Campbell, Carolyn Campbell, both of Hudsonville, Linda Campbell of Waterford, Janice Williams of Lamar; three brothers, Clyde Lee Campbell, Earnest Campbell, both of Hudsonville, John Campbell of Tacoma, Wash.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roosevelt Laney; son, James Louis Campbell; two brothers, Robert Lee Campbell and Lawrence Campbell.
