Fairella Walls Johnson

Fairella Walls Johnson, 74, of San Antonio, Texas, formerly of Ashland, died Dec. 4, 2018, at her home. She was a press feeder at a printing company.

Services were held at 12 noon on Dec. 12, at St. Luke COGIC in Ashland. Elder C.L. Hoyle officiated. Burial was in Mt. Zion CME Church Cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her husband, Andy Johnson; four children, Candide Dozer of San Antonio, Angela Johnson and Selita Johnson, both of Chicago, Ill., Timothy Walls of Chicago; two step-children, Kenneth Johnson of Detroit, Mich., William Cunningham of Seattle, Washington; one brother, Anthony Walls of Memphis, Tenn.; four sisters, Ellie B. Williams of Ashland, Gladys Walls, Janie Walls, and May Willie Johnson of Memphis, Tenn.; 19 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
