Eugene David Tice Jr.

Eugene David Tice Jr., 69, of Myrtle, died Sept. 3, 2019, in Tennessee. The widower of Shirley Phillps Tice, he was a truck driver.

Services were held at 3 p.m. on Sept. 8 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Potts Camp Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, Susie Tice; five daughters, Monica Patterson (Don) of Myrtle, Brenda Gibson of Saltillo, Donna Thomas of Myrtle, Susan Dye (Mike) of Myrtle, Jill Jenkins of New Albany; five brothers, Alfred Tice of Grand Junction, Tenn., Clifton Tice, Bobby Miller, of Ashland, Calvin Feathers of Hickory Valley, Tenn., Terry Bell of Oakland, Tenn.; two sisters, Paul Sexton and Sherry Holly, both of Lamar; 12 grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Austin McDonald.
