Ernestine Davis Sharp, 85, of Byhalia, died September 27, 2025, in Cordova, Tenn. She was a member of Robert's Chapel Church and a factory worker.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Oct. 12 at Robert's Chapel. Burial was in the church cemetery. Rodgers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves a daughter, Alma J. Davis of Byhalia, Cynthia Crutcher of Seguin, Texas, Cherie Franklin of Austin, Texas, Desiree Davis of Memphis, Tenn., Cassandra Davis of Byhalia; sons, Jerry Newsom of Coldwater, Maurice Davis of Austin, Texas, Willie Davis of Byhalia, Lee C. Davis of Southaven; sister, Christine Powell of Aurora, Ill.; brothers, Willie Sharp of Memphis, Alvin Sharp of Coldwater; 27 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
