Emma Jean Rucker Greer

Emma Jean Rucker Greer, 73, of Holly Springs, died May 4, 2021, at her home. She was a member of Hopewell No. 1 MB Church where she served as a church usher and on the kitchen committee. She was retired from Mulay Plastics.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on May 12 from 4-6 p.m. and at Hopewell No. 1 MB Church May 13 from 9:3010:55 a.m. Graveside services are at 11 a.m. on May 13 at Bowen Cemetery in Holly Springs. Pastor Leroy James will officiate.

She leaves her husband, Leroy Greer Jr.; two children, Sean Greer, Michael Greer, both of Memphis, Tenn.; five sisters, Christine Rucker of Chicago, Ill., Mamie Allen of Holly Springs, Sarah Rogers of Milan, Ill., Dorothy Greer of Davenport, Iowa, Kathyrn Rucker of Holly Springs; two brothers, J.D. Rucker Jr. of Chicago, Robert Rucker of Oxford; and two grandchildren.
