Elvern Oliver, 61, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 10, 2017, at his home. He was retired from U.S. Brick and Tile.
Visitation will be Dec. 15 from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home and on Dec. 16 from 1:30-2:25 p.m. at the church.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 16 at Strawberry MB Church. Rev. Willie Hoey will officiate. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Teresa Lee Ingram Oliver; three children, Rodney Roneil Ingram of Holly Springs, Terrence Vernon Oliver of Southaven, Carl LaDell Oliver of Chattanooga, Tenn.; his mother, Bernice Hardaway Oliver of Holly Springs; seven sisters, Thelma Snow, Paula Snow, Laverne Whitelow, all of Holly Springs, Susie Smith of Victoria, Sharon Oliver of Holly Springs, Stella Wright, Jorina Pritchard of Chicago, Ill.; two brothers, Wesley B. Oliver Jr. of Cordova, Tenn., Stanley Oliver of Durham, N.C.; 12 grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wesley B. Oliver Sr.; and two brothers, Curtis Oliver and Mario Oliver.
