Elliott Jones Jr.

Elliott Jones Jr., 65, of Byhalia, died June 17, 2024, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Collierville, Tenn. He was a member of Mt. Sinai MB Church and a fork lift operator at Ryder Logistics in Byhalia.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on June 28 from 1-5:30 p.m. and on June 29 at Mt. Sinai MB Church from 9-9:55 a.m. with services at 10 a.m. Rev. Chris Williams will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He leaves his daughters, Sherri Rankin, LaToya Clayton, both of Byhalia, Tamekia Malone of Lake Worth, Texas; sisters, Dorothy Jones, Frances Jones, Tiffanie White, all of Byhalia; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Christine Jones White and Roger Richmond; siblings, Nita Richmond and Jerome Richmond.
