Edward James "Big Didd" Warren

Edward James "Big Didd" Warren, 62, of Holly Springs, died September 13, 2021, in Olive Branch. He was a coordinator at DHL Logistics, a former Marshall County Deputy Sheriff and a U.S. Marine veteran.

Visitation will be held at Chulahoma MB Church on Sept. 24 from 5-7 p.m.; and at Union Valley MB Church in Byhalia on Sept. 25 from 12-12:45 p.m. with services at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Union Valley MB Church Cemetery. Rodgers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his daughters, Talona Boxley of Red Banks, Schaffner Warren of Holly Springs; son, Courtney Cortez Warren of Smyrna, Ga.; sisters, Rosie M. Jeffries of Byhalia, Brenda Warren of Southaven, Tina Dortch of Holly Springs; brothers, Valanders Martin of Battle Creek, Mich., Nathaniel Warren of Memphis, Tenn., James Henery Warren of Red Banks, Rickey Warren, Donald Warren, both of Holly Springs; and seven grandchildren.
