Edward Charles "Pickle" Mason

Edward Charles "Pickle" Mason, 66, of Lamar, died December 6, 2022, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth.

Visitation will be held at Sand Hill MB Church on Dec. 16 from 10-10:50 a.m. with graveside services at 11 a.m. in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves three sons, Shantell Dortch (Takesha) of Markham, Ill., Steve Hampton (Catrina) of Holly Springs, Suvino Mason (Chiquita) of St. John, Ind.; three brothers, Walter L. Mason (Phyllis) of Lamar, Ivory Mason of Holly Springs, Tracy Mason, James Mason (Bridget) both of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Willie Gatewood of Holly Springs, Brenda Gatewood of Memphis; 12 grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Felix Kimbrough and Dora Mae Tate Mason; three brothers, Willie B. Mason, George Lee Mason, William J. Mason; and a sister, Dora Lee Beard.
