Edith M. White Gaillard

Edith M. White Gaillard, 75, of Michigan City, died December 12, 2025, at her home. She was a member of Grace MB Church and a former member of Sims Chapel MB Church. She was a payroll administrator at North Benton Medical Center.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 19 from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.; at Bethlehem MB Church in Falkner from 3-6 p.m. and on Dec. 20 at Grace MB Church from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Elvis White will officiate. Burial will be in Bethlehem MB Church Cemetery (Ruckersville) in Falkner.

She leaves her husband, Norman L. Gaillard; daughter, April Gaillard-Blout of Atlanta, Ga., Carmelia Gaillard of Ashland; son, Brandon Gaillard of Ashland; stepdaughter, Wanda Spight of Barlett, Tenn.; sisters, Jean Marie Bledsoe (Louis), Pastor Helen Hardin, Laura Holmes, Toni Williams (Louis), Bonnie Carter, all of Indianapolis, Ind.; brothers, Sanford DeWayne White (Ginny), Pastor Johnny White Jr. (Faye), Lawrence Randolph, Lorenzo Boswell (Pat), all of Indianapolis; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph White.
