eddie (Zack) Lee Hurdle Jr.

Eddie (Zack) Lee Hurdle Jr., 75, of Memphis, Tenn., died Oct. 2, 2016, at Dove Rehabilitation Center in Collierville, Tenn. He retired from the bakery at Kroger in 2007 and continued to work at various other companies. Services were held on Oct. 11 at 12 noon at Concord Baptist Church in Slayden where he was a member. Pastors Harvey Garrison, Clyde Williams, John Powell and Robert Garrison officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home of Holly Springs was in charge of arrangements. He leaves two daughters, Janice Hardaway (James) of Collierville, Donna Hurdle of Memphis; a son, Donald Hurdle of Memphis; two sisters, Mary Garrison (Robert), Betty J. Hurdle, both of Memphis; three brothers, Andrew Hurdle (Venora) of Chicago, Ill., Albert J. Hurdle, Donald Hurdle, both of Memphis; and a granddaughter.
