Earnest Lee Sanderson

Earnest Lee Sanderson, 73, of Holly Springs, died Nov. 5, 2018, at his home. He was a member of Heritage Apostolic Church in Holly Springs and Powell Chapel Lodge No. 339. He was retired from the street maintenance department of the City of Holly Springs.

Visitation will be held on Nov. 16 from 2-6 p.m. at the funeral home, and on Nov. 17 at the church from 10-10:55 a.m.

Services will be held on Nov. 17 at 11 a.m. at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries with burial in Hill Crest Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Patrick Bailey will officiate. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves two daughters, Teresa Hamilton, Gloria Bailey (Rev. Patrick), both of Holly Springs; two sons, Earnest Lee Sanderson Jr. of Germantown, Tenn., Jamal Lee Sanderson of Memphis, Tenn.; two stepsons, Terry Craine of Holly Springs, James Kimbrough of Memphis; a sister, Penney Yates of Memphis; four brothers, Bill Sanderson of Hanover, Iowa, Leonard Sanderson of Louisville, Ky., Antonio Cunningham of Atlanta, Ga., Lamont Sanderson of Memphis; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
