Dr. Sheila S. Rayford Caldwell

Dr. Sheila S. Rayford Caldwell, 56, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Holly Springs, died December 26, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. She was a member of Resurrection Catholic Church in Memphis and a pharmacist at CVS.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 4, 2022, at Cottrell Memorial Garden. Father Jim Martell officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves a son, Donnell James Caldwell Jr. of Memphis; father, James T. Rayford Sr. of Holly Springs; two sisters, Paula Rayford of Holly Springs, LaTonya White of Tampa, Fla.; three brothers, Roger Rayford of McDonough, Ga., James P. Rayford of Lithonia, Ga., and James T. Rayford Jr. of Memphis.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Freeman Rayford.
