Douglas Michael "Waco" Anderson, 62, of Holly Springs, died November 26, 2021, at his home. He was a member of Anderson Chapel CME Church and a teacher's aide in the Holly Springs School District. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 2 from 3-5:30 p.m., and Dec. 3 at the Eddie L. Smith Multi-Purpose Building from 11-11:55 a.m., with services at 12 noon. Rev. Denise Anders Modest will officiate.
He leaves his daughters, Bianca Dobbs of Holly Springs, Porsha Phillips of Dallas, Texas; son, Montrae Brannon of Chicago, Ill.; sister, Ramona Anderson Dobbs of Holly Springs; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Iristine Anderson and father, James Hubbard.
