Doris Jean Bullock Brown, 66, of Ashland, died September 20, 2021, at Alliance HealthCare System in Holly Springs. She was a member of Sand Hill MB Church in Lamar where she was a member of the church choir. She was a project manager for United Community Action Inc.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 27 at Sand Hill MB Church Cemetery. Pastor Darrell Mays officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a daughter, Carolyn Earls of Ashland; two sons, Rev. Eugene Brown Jr. of Memphis, Tenn., Jason Bullock of Ashland; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
