Don Boyd

Don Boyd, 76, of Madison, Wisc., formerly of Holly Springs, died May 8, 2020. He graduated from W.T. Sims High School, was a member of Anderson Chapel CME Church, attended Mississippi Industrial College and majored in physical education. He was the founding member of "The Five Keys Band." He was employed with the Madison Public School System's maintenance department and retired in 2013 from ShopKo of Madison as maintenance supervisor.

A private memorial graveside service will be held at Cottrell Memorial Cemetery. Foster Funeral Home in Madison, Wisc., and J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home in Holly Springs are in charge of arrangements.

He leaves two daughters, Canangela Robertson and Dana Locatelli; two sisters, Doris McKinney, Verna Caldwell; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Henry S. Boyd Jr, Willie B.E. Boyd; and three sisters, Franzell Boyd Pegues, Amanda Lorene Boyd Williams and Jean Etta Boyd Seymour.
