Devone Poplar, 65, of Michigan City, died Monday, July 20, 2026 at his home. A memorial service was held Friday, July 31, 2026 at the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel in Holly Springs.
He leaves a daughter, Shericka Poplar of Indianapolis, Ind.; three brothers: Mark Poplar of Louisville, Ky., Tony Valentine (Rhonda) of Indianapolis, Ind., Ray Valentine of Memphis, Tenn.; three sisters: Lisa Poplar of Michigan City, Nita Valentine and LaCheryl Dillsworth both of Memphis, Tenn.; and four grandchildren.
