Delbert Haynes

Delbert Haynes, 93, of Collierville, Tenn., died Feb. 25, 2021, at Shilling Gardens Assisted Living in Collierville. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church and an analyst with the U.S. Postal Service. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on March 1 at Salem Cemetery in Potts Camp. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves two daughters, Laura Haynes Castor (Tim), Nancy Haynes Mauney; sister, Jennie Mae Braddock; two grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
He was preceeded in death by his wife, June Cooper Haynes; son, Phillip Lee Haynes; two brothers, Fred Haynes, Herman Haynes; two sisters, Mary Vernero and Mattie Mosby.
