Deedra Latrice Lee-Lucas

Deedra Latrice Lee-Lucas, 30, of Douglasville, Ga., formerly of Lamar, died Sept. 10, 2018, at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in  Marietta, Ga. She was a graduate of H.W. Byers High School, where she was a cheerleader. She attended Northeast, Northwest and Southwest Community Colleges, as well as Rust College. She graduated from Concorde Career College as a respiratory therapist. She was employed as an RT at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, Ga.

Services were held at 12:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 at Concord MB Church, where she was a member. Pastor Clyde W. Williams officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her husband, Jeremy F. Lucas; two sons, Collin Parker, Aadin Lucas; her mother, Teresa Pye-Walker; her father, Judge Lee (Odessa); six sisters, Dionna Walker, Dana Walker, Tina Franklin (Robert), Belinda Burks, Jackie Hopson (Ramone), Christy Pruitt (Robert); and her grandfather, Harold Pye.  

She was preceded in death by a sister, Michele Lee, and her grandmother, Geneva Henderson-Pye
