Debbie Kay Dowland, 66, of Red Banks, died December 24, 2025, at Holly Springs Health and Rehabilitation. She was a Baptist.
Services were held at Holly Springs Funeral Home on January 1, 2026, at 2 p.m. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.
She leaves two brothers, Carl Andrew Dowland (Cindy) of Jasper, Ga., Charles Albert Dowland (Deb) of Collierville, Tenn.; sisters, Syndia Ann Mask of Red Banks, Brenda Carlene Bishop of Phoenix, Ariz., Linda Sue Burns of Morrilton, Ark., and Monda Fay Woods (Jim) of Collierville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl Benson Dowland and Violet Lorene Lawhorn Dowland; and brother, Gary Taylor Dowland.
