David Collins Christy

David Collins Christy, 71, of Houston, Texas, died October 5, 2023. He was a retired pastry chef and a United States Air Force veteran.
Visitation for David and his brother, DeWitt Christy, will be held at 10 a.m. on Nov. 18 at Christ Episcopal Church Parrish House with graveside services at 11 a.m. at Hill Crest Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Rebecca Sowell Christy; two brothers, John Michael Christy (Betty) of Cordova, Tenn. (and the now late) James DeWitt Christy of Senatobia; and sister, Carol Ann Soukup (Rick) of Houston.
