David Benjamin “Fox” Caldwell

David Benjamin “Fox” Caldwell, 98, of Holly Springs, formerly of Wichita, Kan., died July 22, 2026, at Holly Springs Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, member of Waterford Masonic Lodge 450, and American Legion Post 250. He was a United States Army veteran and owner of Aikei Pros Record Shop.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on August 31 from 3:30-6 p.m and on August 1 at the Eddie L. Smith Mulit-Purpose Building from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. F. H. Brown will officiate. Burial will be in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Memphis, Tenn.

He leaves a daughter, LaShundra Pettis (George) of Memphis; sister, Gertrude Caldwell of Wichita; brother, Carl Caldwell of Wichita; and one granddaughter.
