Daryl Renfred Vinson

Daryl Renfred Vinson, 52, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Holly Springs, died Nov. 27, 2019. The widower of Margo McLemore Vinson, he was a member of Living Word of Memphis, a graduate of the University of Memphis, and a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Visitation will be held on Dec. 13 from 2-8 p.m., and with family from 6-8 p.m. at J.F. Britttenum and Son Funeral Home; and on Dec. 14, from noon-12:55 p.m. at Living Word of Memphis, 3624 Commerce Circle, Memphis, Tenn. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Bishop Derek Talbird will officiate. Burial will be in West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery on Dec. 18 at 1:15 p.m.

He leaves a son, Joshua Vinson of Memphis; his mother, Minnie Vinson Jarrett of Memphis; three sisters, Varina Doss of Lawrenceville, Ga., Janice Bufford and Kashauna Jarrett, both of Memphis; three brothers, Curtis Odell Johnson Jr. of Holly Springs, Percy Craine of the Philippine Islands, and Odell Johnson of Detroit, Mich.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Corrina Jarrett.
