Daniel Randolph Scott, 76, of Lamar, died December 30, 2023, at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, Tenn. He was a construction superintendent for Wright and Associates and later self-employed.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 2, 2024, at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to Collierville Animal Shelter, 603 East South St., Collierville, Tenn. 38017.
He leaves a son, Josh Scott (Cassidy) of Lamar; daughter, Kim Tyler (Richard) of Royse City, Texas; brother, Greg Scott (Diane) of Walnut; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Paula Scott; brothers, Fletcher, Tracy, John; and sister, Nancy Scott.
