Daniel Hammond, 74, of Byhalia, died March 6, 2022, at Collierville Health and Rehab in Collierville, Tenn. He was a minister, a certified nursing assistant, resident chaplain and a U.S. Army veteran.
A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. on March 12 at Walls Down Church of God in Byhalia. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his brother, Bradley Hammond of Clarksville, Ind.; and sister, Mavis Sheffel of Byhalia.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Shelby Hammond, Kenny Hammond; and a sister, Katie Sims.
